DEBUT STYLE

INRODUCING DOLORES

Handmade from quality Italian acetate, and components, using CR-39 lenses. These stunning sunglasses are accompanied by an Italian artisan made vintage inspired padded satin lined purse case, with a chrome frame and snap clasp. The case is available in your choice of faux or genuine leather, then slipped into a branded satin lined drawstring bag with a large cleaning cloth.

The debut style for Samantha Sultana Eyewear was named Dolores, in honour of her mother. Who has often been a muse for her designs. Samantha has frequently shared her new designs over a pot of morning tea, sparking talks about eras gone by and often igniting new creativity. Being European herself and appreciating the true art of "Hand Made", Samantha found it imperative to return to Europe to expand on the brand development.

"Managing quality is crucial for our brand." Samantha Sultana

Our commitment to quality

Why Quality Is Important To Our Brand.

With so many options available to customers, you may be wondering whether or not quality still matters. The answer is a resounding 'yes'. A quality isn’t just about offering a product or service that exceeds the standard, but it’s also about the reputation you gain for consistently delivering a customer experience that is above and beyond.

Quality is critical to satisfying our customers and retaining their loyalty so they continue to connect with our brand in the future. We believe that quality products make an important contribution to our long-term existence.

Quality reflects on our reputation. The growing importance of social media means that our customers and prospects can easily share both favourable opinions and criticism of our product quality on forums, product review sites and social networking sites. We believe that a strong reputation for quality can be an important differentiator in our industry.

As a result of our company value, we are proud to let our customers know that all our products are made using artisan craftsmanship from  LondonMelbourne for our stationery, and of course Italy. Where our eyewear, lenses, purse cases, cloths and draw string bags are lovingly hand made. Slow and steady fashion construction wins the race.

How to care for your

DOLORES

Our aim is to make you to look fabulous in your Samantha Sultana eyewear for a very long time. So we encourage you to follow some of our simple care tips below. If you have any concerns then you can always connect with us here.

Maintenance: Whilst wearing your frames, we highly recommended avoiding applying pressure to the side and front of your head, as this may augment the originally intended fit, and is not covered by our warranty conditions. Always remove your frames before your siesta. Your frames will eventually form a natural fit to your unique face shape. Maintaining even hinge tension by a qualified optometrist is also recommended to lengthen the life of your frames and will encourage comfort of wear.

Safe Storage: Please place your frames with temple arms folded neatly inside the pouch and protective case provided at purchase, and always store in a cool, dry place. Storage in hot environments such as cars, near heaters, in direct sunlight etc for prolonged periods can cause the frame to deform and warp the lens and is not recommended. This will not be covered by our warranty.

Cleaning Your Frames and Lenses: Use lightly mild soapy tepid water to clean, then place under slow running lukewarm water to rinse. Gently dry and polish your lenses with the cloth provided at purchase to remove stubborn residues, such as makeup, sweat, and facial oil build-up on the lenses or frame.

Follow up care: Spritz your frames and lenses using only a high-quality lens cleaner and our cleaning cloth provided upon purchase, making sure the cloth is devoid of makeup grit and airborne dust particles. Hand wash cloth when required, with tepid mild soapy water, then dry flat.
